Ingredients:
Five eggs
Five large tomatoes
Three tablespoons butter, melted to liquid
½ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Place one cup of water in the Instant Pot.
2. Hollow out the tomatoes by digging out the inner part of each fruit.
3. Break an egg into each and place each tomato containing egg in an oven safe dish and place said dish into your
instant pot.
4. Select pressure cooking and cook on low pressure for 5 minutes.
5. Remove the eggs and top with the butter and pepper. Serve with turkey, ham or beefslices, cheese or as is with
toast.
